Yale Terrace

Yale Terrace , London N19

We completed this project in 2011. It consists of 8 new private houses and 4 new private flats above a new supermarket. The flats are situated on a main road and the houses on a quieter residential street behind. One of the houses was designed to be fully wheelchair accessible. Ralph Cooley and Gebina Ham steered the original design through planning whilst working at Ramsden and Partners.
