We took a very traditional design by others and reworked it to create a more contemporary building. We also introduced more floor space and private terraces within the approved building envelope to increase the sellable area by nearly 25%, without requiring a fresh planning approval.
The mixed-use scheme for
Archco Developments provides 2 ground floor commercial units and 12 high-spec residential units, four of which are duplexes with private roof terraces. We have also increased the amount of car parking spaces on the site by introducing a stacked parking system.
The project is now complete and all sold.
