Student Housing Tower

Student Housing Tower, Greetham Street, Portsmouth

Our first Portsmouth project for Unite Students opened its doors in September 2016. The building provides housing for 836 students on a central site next to Portsmouth and Southsea Station. The design features a common room inspired by the Spanish Steps in Rome to create a vibrant circulation space at the core of the building.
