Two New Flats

Two New Flats, Chislehurst High Street, Bromley

This project is designed in collaboration with our partner office, Cooley Horsfall Architecture.

We obtained planning approval for the development of this site at the rear of Chislehurst High Street. The two new contemporary apartments have good natural light and private amenity space. It was an unusual site for a residential development but we think the local authority saw it as having potential to begin a transformation of a tired back street.
