This project is designed in collaboration with
AH Design.
We have submitted a planning application to convert one floor of a commercial building into a new Business Centre. The existing printing business will remain in a more efficient arrangement, and the vacant floor will be subdivided to provide office space for local businesses and start-ups.
The existing building is a good quality 1960s brutalist design and we intend to freshen it up but keep its intrinsic design ethos intact.
