New 2 bed house

New 2 bed house, Church Road, Highgate

Despite a difficult planning history, we took on the challenge of obtaining approval on this site in Highgate. Four derelict garages occupied the site and we proposed an elegant sunken courtyard house.

Planning permission was granted by Haringey Council in September 2013 and the project is now completed and for sale.
