This end of terrace in Southwark hosted a former chip shop with low quality ancillary accommodation above.
We managed to obtain approval in 2014 to replace the whole building with a new structure to house three apartments and a business space.
The building is complete on site and gives a fresh, contemporary feel to this rather tired corner of South London.
