Old Ford Chapel had become semi-derelict after being used as a business premises for many years. Our clients bought the site with planning approval for its conversion to 14 flats. The scheme was flawed and unviable so we re-worked the design within the constraints of the approved description to deliver 14 spectacular loft style apartments.
