New build development of 9 new flats to replace a disused public house. This landmark building at the top of Ladbroke Grove includes two penthouse apartments with stunning views of London as well as 7 further high end apartments and a ground floor commercial space.

The project was next to a railway and construction was difficult on such a constrained site, but it was completed in summer 2015 and all units are sold.
