Ropery Yard

Ropery Yard, Bow Common Lane, Bow

Ropery Yard is a new development in a rare, empty site in the heavily built up area of Bow in East London. The Ropery Conservation Area takes its name from the locally listed building on the site which despite its name and history, has for many years been used as a brick merchant's yard.

Our scheme aims to make full use of the dual aspect site by infilling the corner gap on Mossford Street with a building that has a three storey aspect to the yard behind.

The residential building will create 8 new apartments including two family sized units with generous gardens. The flats will share a landscaped yard with a small new office building to improve the employment usage of the site.
