The brief for this project is to upgrade the tired interiors of the building to create a clean, sleek office environment suitable for the modern world. 5 Pemberton Row is a Grade II listed building that shares a party wall with Dr Johnson’s House in the heart of the City of London. The interiors were almost fully rebuilt in the mid 20th Century and so our scheme retains and refurbishes the exterior whilst upgrading the interior to create a sleek, contemporary office environment. Air conditioning will be introduced in a sensitive manner and the project should be on ready for tenants in the summer of 2020.
