The Clarendon is a listed public house in a small village outside Watford. It had fallen into a bad state of repair until it was bought by a local entrepreneur.
As part of a team with the builder and the future managers, we transformed the building into an exclusive bar and restaurant.
Set in its own landscaped grounds, The Clarendon became one of the top gastronomic destinations in Hertfordshire.
