Approval has been granted for our amendments to a previously approved scheme by others in Epping High Street.
We have taken a very traditional design and given it a breath of contemporary air to improve the elevations. We have also introduced floor space and private terraces within the approved building envelope to increase the floor space by nearly 25%, without requiring a fresh planning approval.
The mixed-use scheme for
Archco Developments will provide 2 ground floor commercial units and 12 high-spec residential units, 4 of which will be duplexes with private roof terraces. We have also increased the amount of car parking spaces on the site by introducing a stacked parking system.
The project is now on site and set for an Autumn completion.
